These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of poloprompt.com (the "Site") and the prompt library, prompt generators, and workflow planning tools it provides (collectively, the "Tools"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Use of the Site

PoloPrompt is free to use, requires no account, and is intended for personal and commercial use — for example, using a generated prompt or automation plan in your own marketing, business, or creative work. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, attempts to disrupt or overload its infrastructure, or attempts to copy, scrape, or republish the Site's underlying code or dataset as a competing product.

No Warranty

The Site and Tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Generated prompts, automation ideas, and workflow plans are starting points, not guaranteed outcomes — we make no representation that any output will be accurate, suitable for your specific situation, free of errors, or produce any particular result when used with a third-party AI assistant.

Third-Party AI Assistants

PoloPrompt generates text prompts intended to be pasted into third-party AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. We are not affiliated with, and do not warrant the output of, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other AI provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, not ours.

Intellectual Property

The Site's design, code, and the specific wording of the prompts in our library are owned by PoloPrompt. You're welcome to use the output you generate (a finished prompt, a filled-in automation plan, etc.) freely in your own work. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the underlying prompt library, generator logic, or site content itself as your own product or dataset.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoloPrompt and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Tools, or from any action you take based on a generated prompt, automation idea, or workflow plan. You are solely responsible for reviewing and adapting any output before using it.

Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Site may contain links to third-party services (such as Zapier, Make.com, or various AI assistants) and may display advertising served through Google AdSense. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising and cookies.

Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Tools at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time.
