How do the tools actually work?

Each tool is a plain HTML page with a small piece of JavaScript that runs directly in your browser. When you fill in the form and click generate, the script assembles a text prompt (or, for the automation and workflow tools, a table or plan) from your inputs and a set of built-in formatting rules. There's no server processing your request — the entire thing happens on your device.

Is any of my data stored or sent anywhere?

No. None of the text you type into any PoloPrompt tool is transmitted to a server, logged, or saved. Once you close or refresh the page, your inputs are gone unless you copied the output yourself. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do I need an OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI account to use these tools?

Not to use PoloPrompt itself — generating a prompt here is completely free and independent of any AI provider. You'll need access to an AI assistant like ChatGPT or Claude separately to paste the generated prompt into and get a finished result, but PoloPrompt itself doesn't require any AI account or API key.
