PoloPrompt ("we," "us," "our," or "the site") provides free, client-side AI prompt generators and workflow planning tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information is and isn't collected when you use poloprompt.com, and how the small amount of data we do encounter is handled.
No Account or Login Required
PoloPrompt does not require you to create an account, register, or provide an email address to use any tool on this site. There is no login system, no user profile, and no password to manage. You can use every generator anonymously, as many times as you like.
No Server-Side Storage of Tool Inputs
All of our prompt generators, the automation idea finder, and the workflow step planner run entirely as client-side JavaScript inside your own browser. When you type a product name, a keyword, a caption topic, or any other input into a form on this site, that text is processed locally on your device to build the output you see on screen. It is never transmitted to, logged by, or stored on any PoloPrompt server. Refreshing or closing the page clears whatever you typed, since nothing was saved anywhere in the first place.
What Information Is Collected
While we do not collect the content you type into our tools, some limited technical information may be collected in the ordinary course of operating a public website:
- Advertising cookies: PoloPrompt may display ads served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and to measure ad performance. - Standard analytics (if added): We may, now or in the future, use privacy-respecting analytics tools (such as aggregated page-view or performance metrics) to understand which tools are used most and to improve the site. - Server logs: Like most web hosts, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and infrastructure purposes. This is standard web server behavior and is not used to identify individual visitors for marketing purposes.

PoloPrompt itself does not set cookies to track you across sessions or store your tool inputs. Any cookies present on this site are most likely set by third-party services embedded on the page, primarily Google AdSense for ad personalization and measurement, as described above. Your browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies at any time; doing so may result in less relevant ads but will not affect your ability to use any PoloPrompt tool.
